Appointments can be booked through our website, WhatsApp, or in person at our outlets. Please provide accurate contact and booking information so we can confirm and manage your appointment.

We reserve the right to reschedule or decline an appointment where necessary, such as due to staff availability or unforeseen circumstances, and will inform you as soon as possible.

Prices for our treatments, packages, and products are as listed on our website or communicated at our outlets, and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of your booking or purchase confirmation will apply.

We accept payment via the methods made available at our outlets or online at the time of your transaction. Full payment (or any deposit required) must be made in accordance with the terms communicated to you at booking or purchase.

Treatment packages, vouchers, and promotional offers each have their own validity period, which will be stated at the time of purchase. Please note the validity period and use your package or voucher within that window.

All purchased packages, vouchers, and promotional offers are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing by ZEN Beauty at the time of purchase.
