Zen Head Massage (Cranial Tension & Mind Reset Therapy)
A deeply meditative head and scalp massage combining rhythmic pressure and tension-release techniques - designed to decompress the nervous system, relieve cranial pressure, and restore a sense of mental calm.
Ritual stages
Shoulders to temples
Format
No wash, no downtime
Duration
30 Mins (includes consultation, head, scalp, neck and shoulder work; dry treatment — no wash or blow-dry required)
The ritual
Six stages, one quiet mind
A dry, fully hands-on journey built around pressure, rhythm and breath — no water, no product, no downtime.
Tension consultation
A short mapping of where your tension sits — temples, crown, jaw or the base of the skull.
Shoulder & upper-back release
Slow, deliberate work to unlock the tension line feeding up into the head.
Neck & occipital work
Focused release along the base of the skull, where screen-related pressure collects.
Scalp meridian acupressure
Sustained thumb and fingertip pressure along the scalp meridians.
Rhythmic full-crown massage
Gliding, kneading and light traction to decompress the whole crown.
Temple, brow & jaw finish
Softening work across the face to quiet the mind and close the session.

Who it's for
For the wired, the screen-bound, the ones who can’t switch off.
Pain points
Wired but exhausted. Shoulders permanently up, a dull band of pressure around the head, and a mind that will not slow down even when the day is over. Most quick massages rush the head in five rushed minutes and never touch the neck, jaw or shoulders where the tension actually starts.
Screen-Bound Professionals: Anyone holding hours of laptop and phone posture — tight neck, locked shoulders, pressure creeping up the base of the skull.
Tension & Sleep-Disrupted Clients: Those with recurring tension headaches, jaw clenching, racing thoughts or difficulty winding down at night.
Dry-Treatment Seekers: Guests who want deep, immediate release on a lunch break or after work — no washing, no wet hair, no downtime.
Core benefits of the Zen Head Massage
A Full Hour Devoted to the Head
Not a five-minute add-on. Sixty uninterrupted minutes across shoulders, neck, scalp, temples and jaw so the release is complete rather than superficial.
Acupressure, Not Random Rubbing
Sustained pressure along scalp meridians and occipital points — trained, deliberate technique that targets where tension physically lodges.
Nervous System Decompression
Slow rhythm and steady pressure shift the body out of fight-or-flight, easing tension headaches, mental noise and restless sleep.
Dry Ritual, Zero Downtime
No water, no product, no wet hair. Walk out looking exactly as you arrived — ideal before a meeting, a dinner or the commute home.
Mapped to Your Tension
Every session opens with a consultation, so pressure and pacing are tuned to your body — firm release or gentle, meditative calm.

FAQ
Have Questions? We’ve Got Answers!
A salon wash massage lasts a few minutes and exists to shampoo your hair. This is a standalone therapeutic treatment: a full hour of mapped acupressure across shoulders, neck, the base of the skull, scalp, temples and jaw. The intent is release and nervous-system decompression, not cleansing.
It is a completely dry treatment — no water, no product, no blow-dry. Your hair may need a light comb-through afterwards, but most guests head straight back to the office, a meeting or dinner without any restyling.
This is exactly who the treatment is built for. Most tension headaches build along the shoulders, neck and occipital base rather than the head itself, so we release that whole line before moving to the crown and temples. Many guests describe the pressure lifting during the session, with a lighter, clearer head for days after.
Pressure is set by you. We open with a short consultation to identify tender areas and your preferred intensity, then work within it — from deep, firm release to a slow, feather-light meditative rhythm. Tell us at any point and the therapist adjusts immediately.
Men are very welcome — the treatment works identically regardless of hair length. For ongoing stress, tension headaches or poor sleep, most guests find every two to four weeks keeps the tension from rebuilding. As a one-off reset before or after a demanding period, a single session is still deeply effective.
